1. Controller

2. Using boards without an account
You can create and use boards without giving us any personal data.
- Cards are anonymous. We never store who wrote a card — no name, account, IP address or device identifier is saved with it.
- To allow only one like per card, your browser keeps a random token. It is stored with your likes but is not linked to your identity.
- If you create a board without signing in, your browser keeps a random token so the board can be added to your account if you sign in later on the same browser.
Please do not write personal data into cards — anyone with the board link can read them.
3. Data we process when you sign in

4. Processors we use
- Convex — database and backend (EU region).
- Macaly — website hosting.
- Google — sign-in with Google, and web fonts.
- Stripe — payment processing for Pro. Stripe processes your payment details as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Some providers may process data outside the EU. Where this happens, transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- Board content is kept while the board exists. Depublished boards are hidden but kept, so they can be restored if the owner upgrades to Pro.
- Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
- Billing records are kept for the period required by Czech accounting and tax law (up to 10 years).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to linktoretro@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
Because cards are anonymous, we cannot identify or delete cards you wrote on request — we have no way to know which they are. A Pro board owner can remove any card on their board.
